Duties Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience. Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using a cash register. Handle cash with precision, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items or store products. Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and customer service protocols. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is advantageous. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are necessary for effective customer interactions.
