Kelsey Chevrolet is seeking a friendly outgoing Full-Time Automotive Cashier to join our growing team. Must be able to work the following hours: Monday - Thursday 8AM to 5PM Friday 8AM to 6PM If you can cover the entire schedule, you will be working approximately 41 hours per week.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties include:

Process customer payments for service and body shop work, parts purchases and down payments on vehicle purchases. Payments may entail cash, check or credit card. Posting of receipts on an Excel spreadsheet Balancing of cash drawer and receipts processed Safekeeping of keys for customer vehicles Receptionist in terms of receiving and forwarding all calls to the appropriate internal party Scanning for our Parts & Service departments Will work with sales reps, finance and insurance personnel, Service Advisors and customers as needed Maintaining customer waiting area, including snacks and refreshments for our customers

Qualifications:

Prior experience as Cashier preferred but not required. Excellent customer interaction skills. Solid written and verbal skills. Organizational skills are highly encouraged. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. All employment offers are contingent upon background check and drug screening.

Pay:

$14.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 41.0 per week
