This energetic role combines customer service excellence with operational responsibilities, creating a lively environment that keeps our station running seamlessly. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining safety and accuracy in all transactions. Duties Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional service and assistance with fueling, product inquiries, and store needs Operate the cash register (POS system), handling retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling duties, including cash drawer balancing and ensuring secure cash storage Upsell products such as snacks, beverages, car accessories, and convenience items to boost sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times Conduct product demos when applicable to promote new or featured items Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking orders for delivery or special requests Requirements Prior experience with POS systems and cash register operations preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in retail or service environments a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and balancing cash drawers accurately Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising techniques, and grocery store operations beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and cleaning work areas Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and sales techniques Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority!
