Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Store Associate and become a vital part of creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer handling with precision Assist customers with product demos, answer questions about store merchandise, and promote upselling opportunities to increase sales Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained according to merchandising standards Conduct product knowledge sharing and demonstrate features of key items to encourage customer engagement and purchase decisions Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times Support inventory management by stocking products, participating in stock counts, and ensuring products are available for sale at all times Should be able to perform duties in Kitchen like Preparing and Handling food, Cleaning , proper knowledge of health and food is require. Requirements Previous retail sales experience or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and performing retail math calculations accurately Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with proactive customer service abilities Food preparation and Handling Flexible hours including weekend
