• Rental Shop Cashier Hancock, MA Apply Currently looking for Monday through Friday 1st shift only Position Summary Join our team as a Rental Shop Cashier and be the first friendly face our guests see when starting their mountain adventure!

In this role, you\'ll help guests get the equipment they need, answer questions, and ensure their rental experience is smooth, efficient, and welcoming. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with day and evening shifts. This is a seasonal, hourly position that comes with the chance to work in a fun, fast-paced resort environment. Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome as they enter the building.
• Help guests find the rental package that best fits their needs and make recommendations when helpful.
• Accurately process rental and repair transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle all forms of payment properly and ensure transactions reflect the guest\'s choices.
• Reconcile daily transactions with accuracy.
• Learn about and share knowledge of resort services to better assist guests.
• Support the return process for rental equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized rental shop (including sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors or managers. Qualifications
• Must be 14 years of age or older.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with great customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Neat and professional in appearance.
• Safety-minded and attentive to detail.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Applicants 18 and older must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
