Job Description
Job Summary Mochinoho is looking for a friendly, reliable,and energetic team member to join our front counter team! As a Front Counter/Cashier ,you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handing payments, preparing customer orders, and keeping the front area clean and organized. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments. Answer questions about our menu,ingredients,and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, food prep areas, and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals. Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with light food preparation when necessary. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Retail sales experience or café experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential.
