You will handle retail sales transactions, operate the cash register with accuracy, and maintain a clean, organized station environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during their visit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales, fuel purchases, and product demos Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling items such as snacks or beverages to enhance their experience Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is tidy and well-merchandised Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or store calls Conduct product demos when applicable to promote new or featured items Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the station area Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers in a bilingual setting is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math concepts Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of grocery store products, merchandising techniques, and stock management is beneficial Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently during evening hours Join us in delivering top-notch service while building your career in a lively retail environment!
