Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist customers with any inquiries or questions
• Promote sales and special offers to customers
• Make Service appointments for customers
• Cold calling past customers to promote Service
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is preferred
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
