We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide exceptional cashier services. As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing members with superior service over multiple channels including in person, phone, mail or fax. Your superior skills will be applied in a number of ways, including accepting, processing and posting payments accurately to member's accounts; responding and resolving member's concerns; explaining electric charges to members. You will also be part of the on call team to answer calls during power outages, which may require working longer hours or any hours of the day or night. This position may start at the Crouse office and could be assigned to either the Lincolnton or Gastonia office. Requirements:

Successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal, listening, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills, coupled with an attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments. Prefer someone with a two year degree in Business, Accounting or other related field. Money handling experience is preferred. Microsoft Office Word and Excel knowledge is required. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply. Successful candidate must live in the Lincoln-Gaston area.
