Hanging out at the pier? Fishing? Then our Tackle Shop located in the pier house is the perfect place for you. We are currently hiring dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team. No fishing experience is required as we will provide training for the right candidates. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting fishing gear, bait, and accessories tailored to their needs Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tackle shop, including stocking shelves and managing inventory Answer questions about fishing techniques, local fishing spots, and product features Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Support shop operations by helping with daily tasks and ensuring the shop environment remains welcoming and safe Engage with customers who enjoy spending time at the pier and share enthusiasm for fishing activities Qualifications Good communication skills and a friendly attitude Ability to work well in a team environment and assist customers effectively Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn new skills Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
