Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Cashier and retail experience preferred Product knowledge Ability to multi-task Detail oriented Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Must be able to work flexible schedules

• days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, checks) Scan, bag items, and issue receipts for customers Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift Maintain clean, organized checkout area Handling phone calls
