Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Toast POS Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation tasks when needed to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with sanitation standards Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to increase sales Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of food items Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment for guests Support team members with basic math calculations for transactions and retail math when applicable Requirements Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in a café or restaurant setting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Previous experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Day & Night shifts available.
