Process cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately using retail math and financial software. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily transactions. Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services to enhance customer experience. Assist with loan processing or financial service inquiries when applicable, providing basic information or directing to appropriate team members. Maintain organized cashier stations and ensure all point-of-sale equipment functions properly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred; familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus. Strong basic math skills including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency for quick transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Knowledge of cash handling procedures, cash management practices, and cashiering systems. Experience with financial software applications relevant to retail or banking environments. Ability to perform accurate math calculations quickly and confidently under pressure.
