Wingman is a popular destination for wing lovers, offering over 100 delicious and unique wing flavors, paired with exceptional customer service that keeps guests coming back for more. We're looking for a motivated and friendly Counter Person to join our team at our Linkin Park location. Position Overview:

As a Counter Person at Wingman, you'll be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while handling orders efficiently. You'll be responsible for taking orders, preparing food for take-out, ensuring a clean and organized counter area, and ensuring our customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Take and process customer orders accurately (in-person, via phone, and via online delivery portals). Ensure food orders are prepared for take-out and ready on time. Handle cash register, process payments, and provide correct change. Keep the counter area clean, stocked, and organized. Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed. Assist in other duties as needed, such as restocking, cleaning, and organizing supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
