We are looking for a Banh Mi Assembler to join our team at Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi in Henderson, Nevada. You will be responsible for making delicious banh mi sandwiches for both in-store and delivery orders. Additionally, you should feel comfortable answering the phone or taking payment at the cash register when needed. Kitchen experience is a major plus, as you will be responsible for preparing sandwich ingredients and properly storing items at the end of your shift. You will also greet guests and answer any questions they may have about our menu. Our ideal applicant is a lover of banh mi, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills! Banh Mi Assembler Duties and Responsibilities Make banh mi sandwiches for in-store and delivery orders Greet guests and answer menu questions Prep food items at the beginning of the shift Properly store food items at the end of the shift Keep a clean and safe work area Assist on the phone and cash register as needed Banh Mi Assembler Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Current Food Handler's Permit, or ability to obtain one Kitchen experience strongly preferred Ability to stand throughout the entire shift (8 hours) Customer service skills Communication skills
