1 Incline Village, NV Job Details Full-time $21 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Bilingual Retail sales transactions Retail customer service procedures Some college Email customer support Multilingual Service scheduling Mid-level Refund processing Cash register operations Venue customer assistance Phone call management Business Accounting Email support Full Job Description At Diamond Peak; Provides support to ticket cashiers to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction; assist with answering guest service phone and responding to emails; schedule private lessons via phone and email; interprets and explains Diamond Peak policy to cashiers and guests; assists with voids, refunds and difficult transactions; oversees daily ops of all equipment in ticket booths. College-level class work in business or accounting and 1-yr related experience and/or training (or combo of education & experience). Multi-lingual a plus!

Rate:

$21/hr.
