Come join our team and grow with us! About the Role The Cashier / Floor Associate plays an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position combines cashier and sales floor responsibilities, including greeting and assisting customers, processing transactions, organizing and hanging merchandise, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist customers with questions, merchandise locations, pricing, and other store-related inquiries. Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer concerns. Accurately and efficiently process purchases using cash, credit cards, and other accepted payment methods. Bag and wrap purchased merchandise as needed. Promote current sales, discounts, and store promotions. Direct customers to merchandise throughout the store. Organize, hang, and maintain merchandise in assigned areas. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Remain alert for potential fraud or theft and follow company procedures when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily store operations. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Open schedule availability is required, including weekends and holidays. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to accurately handle U.S. currency and perform basic math. Ability to operate a cash register, computer, and other store equipment. Ability to learn company products, services, procedures, and customer policies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be comfortable working with second-hand merchandise. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds as needed. Ability to work collaboratively with team members while assisting customers and maintaining the sales floor. Capacidad para manejar correctamente moneda estadounidense y realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos. Capacidad para operar cajas registradoras, computadoras y otros equipos de la tienda. Capacidad para aprender sobre los productos, servicios, procedimientos y políticas de la compañía. Buenas habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
