In this role, you'll assist with customer service, stocking shelves, merchandising products, and supporting daily store operations while sharing your enthusiasm for wine and great service.

Position Details:

Seasonal position with flexible scheduling Estimated dates of employment: 10/1/2026 to 1/1/2027 Must be 18 years of age or older

What You'll Do:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product recommendations Assist customers with wine selections and food pairing suggestions Operate the register and process transactions accurately Stock shelves, replenish products, and maintain attractive displays Support in-store wine tastings and special events, following all regulations Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and customer-ready Learn about products and share knowledge with customers and team members Work collaboratively to support a fun, fast-paced seasonal shopping environment Perform other tasks essential to the proper functioning of the store as needed Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a wine-related environment Passion for wine and helping customers Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused setting We recruit, hire, train, and promote without discrimination due to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability, military leave or veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state or local laws
