After growing in farmers markets over the last several years, this is a chance to join our first storefront in the early days with growth opportunities. This role is at the center of the customer experience at DoughCo. You'll greet customers, take orders, keep service moving efficiently, and help set the standard for excellent front-of-house service. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system and process payments Prepare and serve drip coffee and espresso-based beverages using our commercial drip coffee equipment and automatic espresso machine Maintain, clean, and restock the coffee and cashier stations Answer questions about menu items and assist customers with ordering Keep the ordering line moving smoothly during busy service periods Help lead the front-of-house team and maintain standards for professionalism, urgency, and hospitality Coordinate with the kitchen and sandwich line to ensure orders are accurate and delivered efficiently Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities Take initiative to solve problems and keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, café, cashier, or customer service experience preferred Experience using Toast POS is a plus Lead or shift-lead experience is a plus Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and comfortable interacting with customers Able to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable taking initiative and helping direct other team members Available for early mornings and weekends Excited to join a growing business and take on additional responsibility over time Why Join DoughCo? Pay:
