Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Manage food service customer orders with precision, ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols Upsell products by recommending popular items or specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, equipment, and food preparation areas regularly Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation and support overall deli operations during busy hours Requirements Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus Strong skills in food preparation, handling, and safety management are essential Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience with retail sales transactions, upselling, and customer service in a food industry setting Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining sanitation standards is desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences while honing your skills in a fast-moving retail environment!
