Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Operate POS systems such as Clover POS for retail sales transactions and food service orders Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while maintaining balanced cash registers Answer incoming phone calls promptly, take orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer support Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food handling areas and cashier stations Operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting with food preparation or light food handling tasks Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures Support food preparation activities when needed to ensure timely service during busy periods Assist in managing customer orders efficiently to deliver a positive dining experience Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly over the phone and in person Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and giving correct change Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cash register operations, retail sales transactions, and operating kitchen equipment preferred Culinary experience or food industry background is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
