Hours are Monday and Wednesday 3pm-8pm, rotating every other Friday 3pm-6pm and every other Saturday 8am-5pm (if you work Friday you wouldn't work Saturday and vice versa). We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and excellent customer services skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers who come into the service department
• Assisting customers with scheduling appointments
• Cashiering customers who are coming to pick up their vehicles
• Answering the phone calls that are directed into the service department and transferring calls to other departments
• Updating customer information
• Confirming appointments and missed appointments
• Making follow-up calls to customers after service appointments
• Scanning repair orders into the computer system for future reference
