Duties Prepare fresh deli items and assist with food assembly to meet quality standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales processing. Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling products to enhance sales opportunities. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and give correct change. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sanitizing surfaces and proper food handling practices. Restock deli items and ensure all products are properly labeled and stored according to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform retail sales transactions accurately using cash handling skills. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Experience operating kitchen equipment like slicers, ovens, or fryers is desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail math calculations.
