CASHIER / FRONT COUNTER TEAM MEMBER
Pay:
$10
- 17 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time early-morning shifts. Some shifts begin as early as 3:00 a.m. Weekend availability is required.
Employment:
Hourly, non-exempt W-2 employee
ABOUT THE ROLE
Help customers start their morning with friendly, accurate, and efficient service. You will work at the front counter and help the bakery team when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments
- Package products and keep displays stocked
- Clean and organize customer-service areas
- Assist with simple food preparation, finishing, packaging, and stocking as needed
WHAT WE NEED
- Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled early-morning and weekend shifts
- Friendly, respectful, and able to work with a small team
- Able to follow food-safety, cash-handling, and store procedures
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely bend, reach, and move products or supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable learning the point-of-sale system, digital checklists, scheduling tools, and new store procedures; training is provided Prior cashier, retail, restaurant, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
