Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
- Process payments using point-of-sale systems, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Ensure order accuracy and verify customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counter, registers, and dining space
- Assist with restocking supplies and condiments
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:
