Responsibilities Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly while maintaining a clean workspace. Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle credit card payments with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment regularly. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Food handling, safety management, and sanitation knowledge are highly desirable. Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks demonstrates a strong foundation for this role. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are necessary. Retail sales experience or grocery store background can be beneficial for understanding customer interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
