Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food orders and retail transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change Assist with food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment to ensure timely service Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety standards Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Support food safety management practices by following proper sanitation procedures and handling food responsibly Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register totals Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Experience with food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation is a plus Retail sales or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality service while building your career in the food industry!
