This role manages point-of-sale transactions, greets customers, answers menu questions, and maintains clean, well-stocked dining and register areas.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Checkout:

Greet guests warmly, process order payments using POS registers, and handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.

Menu Knowledge:

Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries regarding French bakery items, entrées, beverages, and daily specials.

Dining & Service Area Maintenance:

Keep the register counter, tray display, condiment stations, and front-of-house areas clean and organized.

Team Collaboration:

Assist food runners and bakery staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
