The Retail Sales Associate position at Holiday Hills Phillips 66 is the most important job in our company. As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of Holiday Hills to our customers and have the opportunity to pleasantly greet and provide outstanding customer service. Holiday Hills is a daily destination for people on the go for fuel, snacks, fast food, and friendly greetings. Our Sales Associates must possess a curiosity and eagerness to solve the customers' needs, develop and foster long-term, trusting relationships, and share a friendly smile that stays with our customers throughout the day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a friendly atmosphere in assisting customers. Sell merchandise and interact with customers in a positive manner. Receive, check, and shelve merchandise; keep store clean and uncluttered. Complete customer transactions using POS register system. Perform register store open/close functions.

Job Specifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Basic English and Math skills to count, add, and subtract. Strong interpersonal skills and ethical behavior to manage the company's assets.
