Position Summary The Pharmacy Retail Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy. This role is the first point of contact for many of our customers and helps create a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment. Schedule We're looking for someone who can consistently work the following schedule:

Monday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM•3:00 PM This position offers approximately 24 hours per week . Reliability and consistent attendance during these scheduled hours are essential. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions. Answer customer questions and direct pharmacy-related inquiries to the appropriate team members. Stock shelves and maintain inventory of retail merchandise. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise and supplies. Keep the retail area clean, organized, and well merchandised. Assist with maintaining an inviting shopping environment. Support pharmacy staff with general front-end operations while delivering outstanding customer service. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment is a plus. Pay:

$14.00•$16.00 per hour
