Join a busy, locally loved Vermont general store! The Waterwheel Trading Post is seeking a friendly, reliable Cashier to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
1:00 PM
- 8:30 PM (closing shift) Weekend availability required Store hours: 6:00 AM
- 6:00 PM midweek, 7:00 AM
- 8:00 PM weekends
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer service to locals and visitors Operate the cash register, process payments, and make accurate change Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized merchandise displays Receive, organize, and put away incoming orders Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail or customer service experience required Cash handling and register experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
