BRINGING ON A FULL STAFF MANAGERS / ASSITANT MANAGERS / STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
• Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
• Promote and sell additional products or services, such as jewelry or technology items
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of retail math and basic technology sales is beneficial
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise display
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
