Responsibilities Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring smooth checkout experiences for all customers. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and assist with non-alcoholic beverage preparation when needed. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, dining area, and surrounding spaces by performing regular cleaning duties in accordance with food safety standards. Support food handling and beverage service by assisting baristas with drink service and basic food preparation as required. Manage customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Follow food safety protocols during food handling and beverage service to uphold health standards and quality assurance. Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong background in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash handling. Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, food handling, and basic food preparation. Previous barista or café experience is a plus, especially in non-alcoholic beverage preparation and drink service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
