About the Role As a Cashier, you are an important part of the customer experience. You'll create a friendly and welcoming checkout experience while making sure each transaction is accurate and efficient. What You'll Do Create a great customer experience: Greet every customer with a smile and provide friendly, fast, and helpful service.
Keep checkout moving:
Process purchases, scan and bag merchandise, and handle payments accurately. Connect customers with Fleet Farm programs: Share Fleet Rewards, credit card offers, and Extended Protection Plans.
Keep it looking great:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
Be a team player:
Jump in, support your teammates, and help wherever you're needed.
Protect the business:
Follow company policies and help reduce shrink. Bring the
GRIT:
Show up with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and Midwestern GRIT every shift.
Job Requirements and Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Enjoy working with and helping people. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
