Hourly base rate + Bonus structure based on leads set and sold Position Summary American Vision Windows of Arizona is seeking energetic, personable, and goal-oriented Canvassers to join our field team. In this entry-level role, you will be the face of our company in local neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners to introduce our premium window and door solutions. Your main objective is to spark interest, and schedule qualified, in-home consultation appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door Lead Generation:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in conversations about their window and door replacement needs and book complimentary in-home consultation appointments.

Brand Representation:

Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and compliance with local canvassing guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude. Ability to comfortably walk neighborhoods and stand outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned local canvassing territories. Previous experience field marketing or customer service is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
