What You'll Do As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the first friendly face customers meet. Working inside Home Depot stores or in assigned neighborhoods, you'll start conversations with customers, educate them about common water quality concerns, answer questions, and schedule complimentary in-home water quality tests with one of our Water Testing Specialists. Your role is to create meaningful conversations, generate interest, and connect homeowners with the next step toward cleaner, healthier water.
