PER APPOINTMENT SET THAT TURNS INTO SALE
Greystone Construction & Design is looking for motivated, outgoing, and confident individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers . As a Canvasser, your primary responsibility is to go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to Greystone, identify potential construction and renovation opportunities, and set qualified appointments for our sales team . You are the first impression of our company — we are looking for people who are professional, personable, persistent, and comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Introduce homeowners to Greystone Construction & Design Start conversations and identify potential home improvement projects Ask homeowners qualifying questions about their property and future plans Generate interest in Greystone's construction and renovation services Schedule appointments for our sales representatives Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details Follow up on leads when necessary Represent the Greystone brand in a professional manner Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need years of construction experience. We can teach you the business and our services. We're looking for someone who is: Confident and comfortable approaching strangers Friendly, professional, and outgoing A strong communicator Motivated by goals and performance Comfortable working independently Persistent and able to handle rejection Reliable and punctual Coachable and willing to learn Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Sales, canvassing, roofing, remodeling, real estate, or construction experience is a plus — but not required.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, doesn't get discouraged by rejection, and wants an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your earnings and growth . You will not be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll be out in the field meeting homeowners, creating opportunities, and putting potential projects into the Greystone sales pipeline.
