Your job is simple:

connect with homeowners, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments. You do not close sales, discuss pricing, or handle contracts. Our sales consultants take it from there. Compensation Quick Start $18/hour guaranteed during your first two weeks Generate 5 confirmed appointments to complete Quick Start Graduate to $30/hour guaranteed After Quick Start $30/hour guaranteed 1% commission on closed projects from your appointments $50 bonus for each appointment after your 3rd weekly sit $1,500 bonus for every $100,000 in closed sales volume Elite Tier Generate 7+ sits in one week and earn $35/hour + 2% commission , applied retroactively for the entire week.
