Solar Inc. is a licensed solar, battery, and roofing contractor serving PG&E and SMUD territory across the Central Valley
• Lodi, Stockton, Modesto, Sacramento, Fairfield, and surrounding areas. Because we hold both our solar and roofing licenses, we offer something most solar companies can't: a true one-stop bundle. We're looking for motivated, coachable people to join our door-to-door canvassing team. What you'll do:
• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate interest in solar, battery, and roofing solutions
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Represent R.O.I. Solar's brand and reputation at the door with professionalism and honesty
• Track daily door-knocking activity and appointment outcomes

Compensation:

• Paid per qualified appointment set
• Commission share on appointments that convert to closed, installed deals
• OTE range: $70,000
• 110,000/year based on activity and performance What we're looking for:

• Reliable transportation
• Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or direct sales experience a plus but not required
