Responsibilities:

Canvas assigned residential and commercial neighborhoods to generate new customer leads Present and sell window cleaning service packages directly to homeowners and business owners Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build rapport with potential customers and deliver compelling door-to-door pitches Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the operations team Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate sales records

Requirements:

Previous door-to-door, direct sales, or outside sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, friendly demeanor Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation to travel within the Napa, CA service area Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required
