In this role, you will engage with the community through door-to-door outreach, promoting our political candidates. Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote politcal candidates Engage with potential voters or supporters through friendly and informative conversations Collect feedback and gather contact information for follow-up Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes Represent the organization professionally at all times, adhering to company policies and community standards Assist in organizing community events or outreach campaigns as needed Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus Background in door to door canvassing Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Negotiation skills to handle objections and close conversations positively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments Knowledge of canvassing techniques and customer service principles is beneficial
