Experience Previous field sales or canvassing experience preferred; strong background in outdoor work is a plus. Demonstrated success in face-to-face communication, customer service, or community engagement roles. Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team. Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse populations. Experience using mobile devices for data entry or communication enhances efficiency on the job.
