Job Description
Cannon's Contracting is growing fast and hiring 4-6 Roof Consultants to join our team immediately. This is a door-to-door / neighborhood canvassing role — you'll be talking to homeowners, spotting storm and wear & tear damage, and setting up free roof inspections for our production team to close. What you'll do: Walk targeted neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about their roof Identify storm/hail/wind damage and educate homeowners on the insurance claim process Set appointments for our senior consultants to run the full inspection and sales presentation Log your activity daily (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set) What we offer: commission per appointment set + bonus per closed deal — no roofing experience required Clear path to promotion into full sales consultant (bigger commission checks) for top performers Team culture that actually invests in you — this isn't a "make 200 calls and get ghosted" gig Uncapped earning potential averaging $550 daily We're looking for: People who are coachable, competitive, and not afraid of rejection Reliable transportation Ability to be on your feet outdoors for several hours a day 18+ Interview this week. and we'll call you within hours to schedule.
