In this role, you will connect with potential landscaping and outdoor trade partners, assess their fit for seasonal commercial work, and help maintain strong follow-up throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage service providers available for seasonal commercial mowing, edging, and weeding assignments.
• Reconnect with prospective partners who have not responded and maintain consistent follow-up to confirm interest and availability.
• Evaluate vendors by gathering details about their experience, equipment, and capacity to fulfill contract requirements.
• Build productive relationships with service partners through clear, personable, and confident communication.
• Work closely with a subject matter expert to align outreach efforts and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Document call activity, partner information, and qualification details accurately in tracking systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and next steps with prospective partners to keep the recruiting pipeline moving.
• Support inbound and outbound communication through phone and email while delivering a high level of customer service.
