Canvassing Team Manager Homezone Windows & Roofing - Grand Blanc, MI Build a Winning Team. Lead from the Front. Homezone Windows & Roofing is looking for an energetic, competitive, and motivated Canvassing Team Manager to build and lead one of the top door-to-door appointment setting teams in Michigan. This isn't a desk job. You'll be recruiting new talent, training your team, riding with canvassers in the field, motivating performance, tracking results, and creating a winning culture. If you've successfully led a canvassing team, door-to-door sales team, or appointment setting team—and love coaching people to win—we want to talk. What You'll Do Recruit and hire top canvassing talent. Train new canvassers using our proven system. Conduct daily morning meetings and ongoing coaching. Ride with team members in the field to improve performance. Track KPIs including leads, demos, sales, and conversion rates. Hold the team accountable while keeping morale high. Develop future team leaders. Work closely with company leadership to grow the department. What We're Looking For Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience. Leadership or management experience preferred. High-energy personality with strong communication skills. Competitive mindset and ability to motivate others. Organized and comfortable using basic technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
