Results Contracting is looking for motivated, driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team serving St. Cloud, Brainerd, and central Minnesota areas. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to take your career to the next level, we provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed in the fast-paced exterior restoration industry. Weekly earning potential of $3,000+ W-2 employee position $25/hour paid training for your first two weeks Overtime opportunities available Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits Ladders and equipment provided Annual company trip for team members Ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on your success What You'll Be Doing Meet with homeowners throughout Omaha and surrounding areas Build relationships and educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration services Generate your own opportunities and manage customers throughout the sales process Perform basic property inspections using company-provided equipment Work toward closing 3-6 self-generated deals per week Deliver outstanding customer service while helping homeowners protect their investment Schedule Full-time Typical hours: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Weekend availability is preferred What We're Looking For Motivated, self-driven individuals with a positive attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous sales experience is preferred Comfortable working outdoors and meeting with homeowners Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Desire to learn, grow, and earn based on performance This is a full-time, in-person position fulfilling projects throughout the St. Cloud, Brainerd, and central Minnesota areas.
