Anywhere in Nebraska We have main offices in Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, plus dozens of local outposts across the state, so wherever you live, there's likely a team near you. Schedule Hiring immediately. All positions run through Election Day (Nov. 3, 2026), with opportunities for advancement afterward Standard shifts run 11:45am-8pm, weekdays and weekends Full-time and part-time available Flexible schedules available: can't make a standard shift? Our statewide remote team lets you canvass in your own community, when you're available. Canvasser Responsibilities ($25/hr): Go door to door in your assigned neighborhoods to talk with voters in a friendly, respectful way Share a compelling message about the campaign and collect complete voter survey responses Record voter responses using a mobile canvassing app (training provided) Canvass with a local team, or independently in your own community on a flexible schedule Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your outreach skills Follow the campaign's safety protocols Walk several miles per shift in all kinds of weather Team Lead Responsibilities ($26/hr): Everything above, plus: Lead a small team of canvassers in the field, checking in throughout the day and debriefing at the end of each shift Make sure every canvasser has the materials they need to succeed Help directors with training and administrative work You'll be a great fit if you: Care about working people and believe everyday Nebraskans deserve a real voice in their government Enjoy meeting new people and are excited to talk with everyone, whatever their politics Stay motivated and push to reach as many voters as possible Can work independently and manage your own time Are open to new challenges and want to build campaign skills Treat teammates and community members from all backgrounds with respect Prior canvassing experience is a plus but not required. Pay:
