This is not a flyer-handing job. You'll report to a Campus Lead who reports directly to our team, you'll see your numbers every week, and your feedback will shape which shades we produce next. Everything you build this semester becomes the playbook we use at every school after this one. Roles Tell us which one fits you in your application. You can pick more than one. Campus Lead & Events Ambassador Two jobs in one, and the most senior seat in the cohort. You'll find and close the places MiPalette should show up

• campus markets, club events, student org collaborations, venues, sponsorship slots
• and keep the other three ambassadors at your campus on track with a short weekly check-in and a fixed-format report.

Builds:

team leadership, partnership negotiation, B2B outreach, event ops. Content Ambassador A steady stream of original short-form content each month

• GRWM, shade breakdowns, unboxing, swatch work.

You're comfortable on camera and can carry a piece from idea to edit on your own.

• Street Interviews Regular street-interview shoots around campus and downtown. You don't need to be able to shoot

Your job is to walk up to strangers, ask the questions, and host. If you're genuinely unbothered about talking to people you don't know, this is your role.

• bring students into our group chats and mailing list, run color-preference surveys, keep the community active past week two.

survey design, qualitative interviewing, community management, CRM growth. Who You Are A sophomore, junior, or senior in the New York area, actually plugged into something on campus

• a club, a studio, a group chat people listen to. You've felt the thing this brand is built on: standing in a beauty aisle and finding nothing made for your tone. You don't need to be an expert; you need an opinion. You already make things
• a TikTok, a lookbook, a class project. We care about taste and follow-through, not follower count. Dependable and self-directed. We'll tell you what's due and when, then leave you alone until it's due. Why Join We're keeping this founding cohort small on purpose. Most of the work is remote
• you hit your monthly goal on your own schedule, and every bit you do above it earns extra. Outstanding ambassadors will be invited to continue as a paid Brand Intern with MiPalette next semester. This isn't a one-semester thing if you don't want it to be. What You'll Get $400 guaranteed
• $100/month base for four months, paid in full once you hit your monthly goal. Up to $600 in performance bonus
