Conduct face-to-face conversations to inform voters about candidates, policies, or initiatives while building rapport. Utilize mobile devices to record interactions, update supporter databases, and track outreach efforts efficiently. Participate in outdoor work environments, walking neighborhoods and engaging residents in various community settings. Collaborate with team members under supervision to meet outreach goals and ensure consistent messaging across neighborhoods. Skills Proven experience in canvassing, field sales, or community engagement roles with a focus on face-to-face communication. Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully. Supervising experience or leadership skills to motivate team members during outreach efforts. Outdoor work experience, including walking for extended periods in various weather conditions. Excellent negotiation skills combined with conversational engagement techniques for meaningful voter interactions.
