Job Description
We've got the Youngstown and Warren fiber build, and we're staffing it now. We got it the way you get turf in this channel, which is by producing. They wanted an agency that puts numbers up on a build this size, so we're the ones out here. Around ten experienced knockers, a crew lead spot, and subcontractors who'd bring their own crew. If that's you, read the bottom of this first. Cable is the only thing you're up against here. There are close to 28,000 homes wired for fiber across Youngstown and Warren. Of all of them, 91 also have AT&T fiber. That's three tenths of one percent. AT&T is in this metro. It just sits in different ZIP codes than this build. If you've knocked a market with three fiber companies in it, this is the opposite of that. Almost every one of those homes is a Spectrum house today, and cable loses to fiber on speed and on price at the same time. Fiber goes the same speed both ways. You're not explaining why you cost more and you're not in a fiber price war. Where this goes. This is a 230 million dollar build running about 2,000 miles across two counties, and it's still going in the ground. New passes keep releasing, so the turf refills instead of drying up on you. It went from announcement to close to 28,000 homes filed in about seventeen months. That's public record. Canton and the Cleveland suburbs are announced behind it on the same curve. The turf is exclusive, and here's the mechanism. ZIP codes get assigned to one agency. Once a ZIP is ours, no other agency knocks it. It gets enforced, too. Every sale is attached to the rep's dealer code, so if another agency's reps put sales up inside our ZIPs, both agencies get notified and action gets taken. Reps have been released over it. Most shops tell you the turf is protected. This one enforces it at the system level. Same code protects you inside the agency. Your sale is tied to your number the second you submit it, and when you get a block it's yours. We don't take it back to hand it to the next guy. Chargebacks. T-Mobile's chargeback window is 120 days, and fiber is not pest control. Nobody here fronts you part of your commission and sits on the rest of it until the back end clears. You get paid, and if one does come back it nets against a future pay period. When that happens you see the deal it came from and which check it came off, right in your portal. You get real support at the door. T-Mobile runs a sales support line for door to door reps and you get access to it. If an order won't go through in the field they work it with you, and if it still won't take, they place it for you under your dealer code. Most providers hand you an app and that's the end of the help. Who we're looking for. Experienced door to door sales reps. Fiber internet, solar, pest control, alarms, roofing, anything outside and commission. If you've run a territory, you're who we want. We train you for fiber. Most guys we bring on come from another industry. You already know how to knock and how to close. What you don't know yet is what works on a fiber door, and that's the part we teach you. Real door footage, the objections you'll hear on these streets, and what to say next. Our training is private to our reps. You get it the week you're onboarding. If you're building a team for somebody else. Think about what you end up owning. Nothing. The turf, the accounts and the contracts are the company's, and the day you walk your team stays behind. Fiber works differently. Subcontractors get hired here all the time. You start your own LLC, hire your guys under it, get assigned ZIP codes nobody else can knock, and you get paid on everything your team produces. You own what you build, in a market that's still going in the ground. We already do this with an agency in Texas. If that's you, apply and say so in the questions. You're talking to ownership, not applying for a rep spot. The basics. 1099 independent contractor with RCLX. Straight commission, uncapped, paid bi-weekly. No base. Youngstown and Warren, OH. You start on assigned leads in assigned ZIPs, not a city map. Leads and turf run through SalesRabbit. Your ZIPs and your leads are on the map on your phone, and you disposition doors as you work them. Daytime field work. This product sells when people are home, so plan on full days. Your own numbers. Log in at rclx.us and it's on the screen. Your next check and a countdown to the day it lands. Every deal in your pipeline with its real install date: scheduled, waiting on T-Mobile, needs rebooking. Your stats off the same sheet we actually pay from, not a manager's memory. Getting started. Credentialing usually takes about a week on the real T-Mobile systems, and you come out of it with your own dealer code. You spend that week in our training, then you ride with someone already running this product. You onboard with ownership, not a group chat. Requirements. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license 18 or older, able to pass identity verification (required by T-Mobile) On your feet outdoors all day, in Ohio weather Apply, answer the questions, and someone calls you. Want to see it before you apply? It's all real at rclx.us. RCLX is an independent sales agency in the T-Mobile fiber channel. We're not owned by or affiliated with T-Mobile, but the product, the systems and the credentialing are all real T-Mobile.
Pay:
$1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): How many years of door to door or outside commission sales experience do you have? (Number) Which of these have you sold door to door? (Multiple choice, allow multiple: Fiber or internet / Solar / Pest control / Alarms or security / Roofing / Other outside commission sales / None yet) Credentialing takes about a week. How soon could you start onboarding? (Date, or multiple choice: Immediately / Within 2 weeks / Within a month / Just exploring) Pitch me. Why should I hand you turf instead of the next guy who applies? Two or three sentences, in your own words.
